Summer Refreshing Watermelonade



                                                  Makes 8 Servings


  • 1/2  regular sized (10lb) watermelon.
  • 1/2 Cup Of Sugar
  • 3tsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 12 ice cubes

        Optional Garnish:

  • Lemon Springs
  • Mint Leaves
  • Basel Leaves

      How to Make:

  1. Cut watermelon into easy to handle chunks and discard rind
  2. Puree in blender all ingredients
  3. Strain to taste (strain fully if you don’t want watermelon pulp -strain smoothie like texture).
  4. Garnish with lemon slices and mint or basil springs
